Why Event Insurance is Important


Event insurance is crucial for protecting yourself and your guests from unforeseen circumstances that could impact your event. It covers a variety of risks, including accidents, injuries, and property damage, ensuring that your special day goes off without a hitch. Please note that obtaining event insurance is mandatory for all events held at Royal Crystal Event Center.


Steps to Obtain Event Insurance

Review the different types of coverage options available and select the one that best fits your event needs.


3. Purchase the Policy


Follow the instructions on the insurance provider’s website to purchase your policy. Be sure to provide accurate details about your event to ensure proper coverage.


4. Add Royal Crystal Event Center as an Additional Insured


Ensure that Royal Crystal Event Center is listed as an additional insured party on your policy. This protects both you and the venue in case of any claims related to your event.


5. Submit the Insurance Certificate


Once you receive your certificate of insurance, upload a copy to us using this form: https://royalcrystalevent.com/event-insurance-submission-form. This must be done at least 7 days before your event to ensure compliance with our venue policies.


Important Details to Remember


  • Mandatory Requirement: Event insurance is required for all events held at Royal Crystal Event Center.
  • Timely Submission: Ensure your certificate of insurance is submitted no later than three days before your event. Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in the cancellation of your booking.
  • Coverage Amount: Verify that your policy meets the required coverage limits specified by Royal Crystal Event Center. This information can typically be found in your event contract.
