3.3 Full payment for the event must be settled 30 days prior to the event date. We accept various forms of payment, which can be detailed by our event manager

3.4 Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed-upon price will not change.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 If you need to cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable.

4.2 Cancellation fees may apply depending on when the notice is given. Specific details regarding cancellation fees can be obtained from our event manager.

5. Use of the Venue

5.1 The use of Royal Crystal Event Center’s venue is subject to compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

5.2 No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises. Our professional bartenders will accommodate all your beverage needs with a selection of house drinks.

5.3 All events must conclude by 1 AM to comply with local regulations and respect our community standards.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Royal Crystal Event Center requires all events to be covered by mandatory online liability event insurance. This insurance helps protect you, your guests, and our venue against accidental damages or injuries.

6.2 Royal Crystal Event Center is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged on our premises.
